Shipping policy

Shipping is carried out by DHL and is currently calculated as follows:

• Within Germany
• €3.50 for books, wool samples, stitch markers and small parcels | DHL small parcel
• €5.50 for parcels up to 1 kg | DHL parcel with tracking & liability up to €500
• €6 for parcels over 1 kg | DHL parcel with tracking & liability up to €500
• Free shipping for orders over €100

• EU countries
• €5 for knitting kits, books, wool samples and stitch markers | International parcel post with tracking
• 6€ for orders between 100€ and 200€ | DHL parcel with tracking & liability up to 500€
• 14€ for orders between 0€ and 100€ | DHL parcel with tracking & liability up to 500€
• Free shipping for orders over 200€

A shipping and tracking number will be provided after dispatch.

Upon agreement, orders can also be picked up free of charge in Berlin.
No shipping outside the EU.
